The Indianapolis Colts (2-3) received more positive injury news ahead of their second straight divisional road game against the Titans. As of Friday, the only player officially ruled out for Sunday’s game is running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle).
Quarterback Anthony Richardson, who has an oblique injury, is listed as questionable. Head coach Shane Steichen described him as a “game-time decision,” though Richardson was significantly more active in practice compared to the previous week. He participated all three days and showed marked improvement, with the team even simulating some contact during practice.

Without Taylor, the Colts welcomed back Trey Sermon (collarbone) to practice on Thursday and Friday. Healthy running backs available include Tyler Goodson, with just 18 career carries, and practice squad options Evan Hull and Trent Pennix.
Wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (back) returned to practice Friday after missing sessions earlier in the week. He acknowledged undergoing an MRI on his back but did not share details. Pittman said the decision to play would rest with Coach Steichen, who praised his toughness. If Pittman can’t play, the Colts will need contributions from Alec Pierce, Ashton Dulin, and potentially AD Mitchell.
Josh Downs (toe) also returned to practice on Friday after missing the first two days of the week. The team may limit his role depending on his health.
Defensively, the Colts expect to have DE Kwity Paye (quad) and CB Kenny Moore II (hip) back, as both players practiced this week. Center Ryan Kelly (neck) also returned to practice after missing five consecutive sessions. The Colts are expected to have four of their five starting offensive linemen, with RG Will Fries out for the season. Braden Smith (knee, ankle) continues to manage his injuries and only practiced on Thursday.
