Four down, one still undecided.
Center Motiejus Krivas is set to return to Arizona for the 2024-25 season, marking the fourth confirmed player coming back to Tucson next year, the school announced Monday.
Standing 7-foot-2 and weighing 260 pounds, Krivas will be entering his third year with the Wildcats. However, his sophomore season was cut short in December due to a foot injury that initially occurred in the summer. He played just eight games before being sidelined and eventually undergoing surgery.

Before his season ended, Krivas was averaging 7.9 points and 4.5 rebounds in 15.6 minutes per game, shooting 55.4 percent from the field. He started once, in a game against Duke.

In his freshman year, the Estonia native posted averages of 5.4 points and 4.2 rebounds over 12.1 minutes per game. He was expected to take on a larger role in the upcoming season, though his injury gave center Henri Veesaar the chance to shine. Veesaar has since transferred to North Carolina, and another center, Emmanuel Stephen, has moved on to UNLV.
Krivas will now join Tobe Awaka as returning big men for Arizona, with guards Jaden Bradley and Anthony Dell’Orso also confirmed to return.
The lone player yet to make a decision is freshman forward Carter Bryant, a projected first-round NBA pick, who has until April 26 to declare for the 2025 Draft.
