The Seahawks signed safety on Monday, bolstering their secondary while also adding a key contributor to special teams.
Bell, an undrafted free agent from West Florida in 2022, spent the past three seasons with the Cleveland Browns, playing in 50 games with seven starts. During that time, he recorded 61 tackles, two interceptions, four passes defensed, and a forced fumble.

A special teams standout, Bell logged 1,001 snaps over three seasons, including 85 percent of the Browns’ special teams snaps last year. He led the team with 28 special teams tackles during that span, while his 15 tackles in 2024 ranked fourth in the NFL.

At 6-foot-1 and 211 pounds, Bell will also have an opportunity to compete for a role in Mike Macdonald’s defense as the third safety. Last season, that position was initially filled by K’Von Wallace, now a free agent, and later by Rayshawn Jenkins, who was recently released in a salary-cap move.
