Next Saturday, ESPN College GameDay will visit Auburn for the fifth consecutive season, as the Tigers host Tennessee in a highly anticipated basketball showdown. For six weeks, Tennessee held the No. 1 spot in the AP Poll, with Auburn sitting at No. 2. However, following Tennessee’s loss to Kansas last week, Auburn has moved into the top spot.
The pregame show will be broadcast from Neville Arena from 10:00-11:00 a.m., with the game between the No. 1 and No. 6 teams scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Central time. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m., and the arena will be cleared once the show ends at 11:00.
Last year, ESPN College GameDay also visited Auburn for a matchup with Kentucky, making Auburn the only school in the country to host the pregame show for five straight seasons, according to Auburn Undercover.
Tigers are working to flip a 4-star TAMU commit
Despite committing to Texas A&M in November 2024, 4-star tight end Xavier Tiller is still heavily recruited by the Auburn football program.

Tiller, from Fairburn, Georgia, attends Langston-Hughes High School, known for producing top-tier recruits each year. He is ranked as the #4 tight end in the 2026 class and the #13 overall recruit from Georgia.
Tiller previously visited Auburn unofficially during the 2023 season and attended a summer camp on campus in 2024 before his commitment to the Aggies. However, Auburn remains in the mix.
According to Auburn Wire, Tiller still plans to take additional visits and has scheduled his official visit to Auburn for the Tigers’ Junior Day on January 25. He is also planning trips to Florida and Florida State.
