The Colts made the roster adjustment on Tuesday.

The Indianapolis Colts have promoted cornerback Chris Lammons from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and placed cornerback JuJu Brents on Injured Reserve.

Lammons, who stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 190 pounds, joined the Colts as a free agent on July 27, 2023. He has played in 47 career games (one start) with the Colts (2023-24), Kansas City Chiefs (2019-22), Miami Dolphins (2018-19), New Orleans Saints (2018), and Atlanta Falcons (2018).

His career stats include 22 tackles (11 solo), four passes defensed, one interception, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and 10 special teams tackles. He has also appeared in three playoff games, recording two special teams tackles. In 2024, Lammons played in Week 1 against Houston.

Brents, who is 6-foot-3 and weighs 198 pounds, has played in 10 games (nine starts) over two seasons (2023-24) with the Colts.

He has accumulated 49 tackles (33 solo), six passes defensed, one interception, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one special teams stop. Brents was drafted by the Colts in the second round (44th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Kansas State. In 2024, he started Week 1 against Houston, where he recorded seven tackles (three solo).
