A longtime Auburn football target, 5-star running back, has delayed his commitment announcement. Originally set for this Saturday, the decision has been postponed due to disruptions caused by Hurricane Helene. Kromah is now expected to commit next Saturday, October 5, when Auburn plays Georgia in Athens.
At this stage, it appears Auburn and Georgia are his top choices. However, Auburn’s recent struggles on the field may give Georgia an advantage.
Hailing from Leesburg, Georgia, Kromah is ranked as the #11 recruit in the state and the #5 running back in the 2025 class.
Auburn football shares availability report ahead of the Oklahoma game
The Tigers are heading into week five of the college football season with a 2-2 record, having secured two victories but also suffering two frustrating losses. This weekend, Oklahoma will visit Jordan-Hare Stadium for the first time, following their SEC debut against Tennessee last week.
Auburn has been hit with a number of injuries, and several players are expected to miss this weekend’s game against the Sooners. According to On3, the Tigers’ availability report includes the following:

– DB Champ Anthony – Out
– TE Brandon Frazier – Out
– DL Isaiah Raikes – Questionable
– K Alex McPherson – Questionable
– OL Izavion Miller – Questionable
Tyler Scott’s injury from fall camp will sideline him for the season, while Champ Anthony is likely to take a medical redshirt following a severe leg injury in last week’s game. Notably, freshman wide receiver Cam Coleman, who injured his shoulder in week two, has been removed from the list.
Auburn and Oklahoma will kick off at 2:30 p.m. at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
