Saraland defensive lineman Antonio Coleman has been in the spotlight throughout his recruitment, having already changed his commitment three times, including between two rival schools.
The four-star defender initially committed to Alabama last September.

However, he later switched his commitment to Auburn, only to reconsider once again. By March, he had re-committed to the Crimson Tide after being impressed by Kalen DeBoer’s new coaching staff in Tuscaloosa.
Many thought his third commitment would be final, but in a surprising turn of events, he switched back to the Tigers and Hugh Freeze.

Not long after this latest flip, a rumor began circulating on social media regarding an alleged arrest.
Antonio Coleman shut the whispers down on Thursday
An arrest record for a man named Anthony Coleman began circulating on X earlier this week. Although the mugshot photo was cropped out, Tide fans assumed it was the four-star prospect who had run into legal trouble.
It wasn’t.
Auburn fans soon discovered the arrest record, along with the mugshot, which clearly showed a person much older than 17-year-old Antonio Coleman.
The lineman confirmed the news was false in a reply this week.
Several Alabama fans owe Coleman an apology for spreading this misinformation. If he was considering flipping back to the Crimson Tide, this incident might make him reconsider.
Coleman is currently ranked as the 100th-best recruit by 247 Sports, which also ranks him as the 10th-best player in Alabama and the 14th-best at his position.
If Hugh Freeze can secure his commitment, it will be a significant in-state victory for Auburn as they continue rebuilding.
